[APML] Photoshop, and a question

Hey all,

Greg Hartke was kind enough to provide a link to a company that will
sell PS6, with an upgrade to CS2, for $375. This is a full, legal
version. PS6 arrived today and it is now installed. The upgrade will
follow later. If anyone is interested, I will be happy to provide a
link. It was a painless online transaction and PS 6 arrived a day after
payment confirmation was done via FedEx Express.

As I have a new computer and monitor to work on, I would REALLY like to
optimize everything. Especially under 'Preferences' in PS. What are the
standard options you guys use while processing astrophotos? I suspect
in the past that I have not been working under the proper parameters
and could use any advice or suggestions you all might have.
