Ray,

You did an excellent job in darkening the background without loosing
too much detail; however, it's always a struggle in determining how
much to darken the background since, at some point, you will begin
losing subtle features, especially in the fainter portions of the
ion tail.  For example, in your version, the ion tail in the upper
corner is very difficult to discern from the background; whereas, my
lighter version shows the ion tail easily extending beyond the field
of view.  In addition, it appears you worked on the original version
I did several years back.  There's probably more information to work
with in new version.  Overall, a very nice interpretation.
