[APML] GuideDog 1.0.5 Released

I have just released version 1.0.5 of my GuideDog webcam autoguiding
software.  New features include:

- The ability to log RA/Dec errors to a file for later import into Excel or
other software
- Support for Meade's new Autostar based guiding commands
- A new "aggressivness" slider to fine tune guiding corrections from the
main window
- Minor bug fixes
