[APML] Southen sky wide-fields
Dear group,
I have a few new pictures from a trip to South Africa in March 2004.
Although my focus was on CCD H-alpha mosaics, I had not abandoned film
completely. ;-)
Comet C/2001 Q4 (NEAT) near the Small Magellanic Cloud and globular
cluster 47 Tuc:

(Not a very spectacular view of the comet at that time, but in a nice
neighborhood.)
Wide-field image of the Eta Carinae region, showing three crosses
(Southern Cross, Diamond Cross, False Cross):

Star trail picture with a water tank that caused an unexpected "rain
shower":

All images were taken on Fujichrome Provia 400F.
Comments are welcome!
Clear skies,
Axel
