The 'bars' are a ronchi screen that I think is around 4oo lines/inch.
The scanner magnified this more than a microscope I have access to.
The real picture is a small section of a tech pan 6x7 negative scanned
at 12800 dpi. It was 10k X 9k pixels on a side, just way to big to
handle so I had PhotoShop reduce the image by a factor of about 4. The
lens is a Pentax 165mm, IIRC. I scanned these quite a while ago and
just haven't had time to post them.
