     Thanks !!! I realize, however, my telephoto shot isn't even in the same league as the Schmidt shot you got... just a decent piggy-back effort. I haven't seen any others in the M46 - 47 field, the night of 05/06/04... am I the only one to get this field? Surely *somebody* else shot it!

 M 93... an addendum to Messier's original list... much smaller angular diameter than 46 - 47. This Messier looks puny at 200mm...   :-)
