Hey Chas...
Yup... there are many folks here with much more experience at film in general than myself. You are ahead of the game by looking at spectral response... but *reciprocity* is the thing to look at next... slide or print.
AGFA has a history of $#!++y reciprocity characteristics. Never had a serious, long exposure astro-film, AFAIK. This doesn't mean that all their film is junk... people *can* change over time... ;-)
Here's a *true* double-exposure shot, one of my finest moments, published on hard-copy and broadcast on Atlanta TV... with AGFA 'Ultra 50' color print film... go to:

... *NO* Photoshop on that one... my negs print just as you see them !!!
As for the film you question... :::TRY IT:::... just keep some decent notes, and start with a simple tripod set-up from the darkest skies that are reasonably accessible from your location.
Don't worry about 'trailing' of the stars in the scene... just do 'star trails' of various lengths as your *plan*... then develop the film and see what you get!
Let Us Know What Happens... :o)
