Thanks Stuart! It is not very surprising that, if you think of the huge arsenal of weapons I have to get rid of the noise, thanks to PixInsight. First, using Wavelets you can attack all that high-frecuency noise (due the scanner, mainly) and preserve the shapes of the stars. Then, with a regulariced Richardson Lucy I emphatice the shape of the faint stars... and finally the well known SGBNR (to the Lab channels).
