That's a beutiful picture - I really love those wide angle shots.
Personally, I would add just the slightest bit of green to tame the purples (but this might be down to my mild red-green colour blindness).
The galaxies M31 and M33 are in upper right not upper left
Must be some very nice skies there at NMS. Maybe one day I might take a vacation there.

I don't think I posted this shot of the winter milky way. It took a while to get around to finishing this one. Other than the red halo's associated with Supra 400 I like the image.
Let me know what you think, good and bad.  I processed this one using my laptop and my 17" CRT monitor. It was an interesting comparison looking at the CRT and the LCD side by side. A little bit of AV was applied along with levels and curves in PS CS.
