[APML] Visual on NEAT

Just spotted NEAT with 10x50's.  Picked it out of the twilight at 8:45pm
EDT.  Watched it for 10 minutes before some thin clouds rolled in.  Its
quite large!  Big coma, I could barely make out a stubby tail.  I'm sure
more was there but the sky is a bit hazy.

As for a mag estimate, when comparing it to the 5.2 mag star SAO 152834, I'd
put the comet around 3.9
