It is a showstopper.
E200 is not available in 4x5.
Currently (and probably forever) there are no 4x5 color films applicable to astrophotography.
Kodak Technical Pan film is still available in 4x5 and is one of the best astrophotography films of all times due to its excellent red response and ability to be hypersensitized (a must), increasing it's speed and reducing it's reciprocity effect.
