[APML] OT: Message from APML listserv

I got a strange message back from the APML listserv. Here's an excerpt:

<<Your mail to 'Astro-Photo' with the subject

    Information

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Message body is too big: 30315 bytes with a limit of 10 KB>>

To the best of my knowledge, I didn't send any such message. The question is, does this indicate an infection on my system, or is someone else infected and my email address was spoofed by their infected system? I run firewalls and regularly scan my systems for viruses, so I shouldn't have an infection, but I'd like to know if this came from my system or not. Is there any way to tell the origin of the message that caused this message from the listserv back to me?
