Eric,

You are off to a fine start, I enjoyed your picture very much!  You've
captureed quite a few faint stars for 3 1/2 mins.  The lens looks good at
f/2.8, I didn't see any coma in the corners.

I have found in this hobby that acquiring a good image is only half the
fun, the other half is enhancing that image through digital processing. 
Let me give you an easy one to start with.  I pulled your image into
Photoshop and adjusted the midtones down a bit through a curves
adjustment. The result was a darker sky background and better
contrast...it makes the stars come alive.  You might want to experiment a
bit in Photoshop.  I think sometimes I get more enjoyment out of
processing images than I do taking them, Lord knows I spend much time at
it.  I almost always come away with a better looking image and learn
something new with each attempt.
