 Hey Roland... et al...

     I didn't rule out the CG-5... there are many entry level mounts superior 
to the table-top thingy Andrew referenced... I have put together an incredible 
TAL mount that rivals the CI-700 in every way... pearl, multi-color finish and

... over-hauling a TAL mount isn't happening for most... CG-5 redeux isn't time 
considerate for the rest... buy a mount that will carry you forward with 
photography and observing... you will have fewer regrets... IMHO
