10-4 on the nitrogen tanks being a hassle.  I could do it when I was
younger, but one day I just got old.  Suddenly the thing seemed to weigh a
ton.

As far as the flow from the aquarium pump through the camera, you can
throttle it down a bit more using the needle valves used to control air flow
into aquariums.  They are cheap and work fine.  To guage the amount of
output  flow just see how long it takes to displace the water in a jar of
known capacity.
