Ya....19-23 mins sounds about right for me in my neck of the woods too,
although with the provia 100F.
Reciprocity might be a consideration too between the two films

Im going with the E200 tonight...havent used it for 1 1/2 years since I
discovered the provias.
I miss the incredible red response..
