[APML] Clear sky clock and transparency (incoming smoke)

Ive been watching my clear sky clock for the past few days and noticed that
the seeing and transparency have not been available, not only on mine, but
others as well.

Well heres a bit of information I found on my weather site that will help a
bit with what it will be like in your area.
Smoke is passing over Wisconsin all the way up to Canada from Russian forest
fires.
