RE: [APML] Profiles in SprintScan 35 Plus

Barry
No they don't have separate profiles for download or profile updates. If you
have the last version of Polacolor then that's it. It really doesn't matter
because you just make your own profiles. Adjusting the various parameters
and then "saving" creates a profile for any film. Even the stock profiles
that come with the program are not that good, you have to tweak and save
them.

Subject: [APML] Profiles in SprintScan 35 Plus

Hello,

I recently started using a SprintScan 35+ for my astrophotos. I run the
PolaColor Insight for controlling the device.

Does anybody have a recommendation on what "Profile->Input" choice fits
better a 400 Kodak SUPRA? I see choices for Kodak Gold 200 Negatives, slide
color, etc.

In general, is there anyway that I could upgrade the list of profiles by
downloading an additional file from Polaroid or the film manufacturer? I
tried but I haven't been lucky yet.

Thank you very much in advance.
Best Regards,
Manolo.
