RE: [APML] Gas hypered Velvia claim on Usefilm?

Wow, yes I would say suspicious. Must have been a mosaic or used a really
good focal reducer with even field illumination on 35mm frame. What focal
lengths did Meade make in the 8" SCT? I don't see anything but an f10 in
their catalog online. I would ask at what focal length did he shoot. That
focal length looks like an AP 130 f6 with 35mm. What do you think, Jerry?
Looks familiar, huh? Really sad. If I am wrong, big apology, but I don't
think this is legitimate. I hope we are wrong as well.

Subject: [APML] Gas hypered Velvia claim on Usefilm?

Fellow APMLers,

While browsing the Usefilm site, I came across a person who claims to
have used a Gas-Hypered Fuji Velvia.
I have my doubts, because of some of the other claims he makes
regarding the photo he submitted. I suspect
that he may have misappropriated someone else's work.

I hope that I am wrong with my suspicions.

Taras
