[APML] An off-season repro

Well the weather's crummy and I missed the eclipse, so there's nothing else
to do but reprocess old photos.  I've been wanting to try my hand at
reprocessing the M42 shot I took back in early October.  This time I blended
scans from two slides in Picture Window Pro and boy what a difference that
made...much smoother grain.  I brought it into Photoshop for the remainder
of the processing.  One other lesson I've also learned is to do as much
processing as possible at 16 bits before converting to 8 bits.  I found it
much easier to bring out the faint stuff.
