Re: [APML]a little after the fact...

 Hey Tony...

Computer codes... ewww, icky stuff! I'm slowly picking some of it up...
the %20 code is added by some browsers/mail readers to complete a hyperlink
with a space... but not by all programs. It can be read by any program, but so
can any character, *other than a space*... a space tells some programs to end
the link. I like to use the_underline_key... your link could also read:

     astrophoto.com/Leonid_Radiant.htm

... I find this helps me keep track of my file links by reading more like
English - less like code... but doesn't let the link get broken in other
browsers. One other thing I've picked up... any URL with more than 72
characters will almost always get broken, regardless of the mail program being
used. This is not any sort of standard... some programs can't handle more than
about 60 characters. I *think* the limit of 72 per line has been grandfathered
along from the early MS 'Word' programs... but there doesn't seem to be
any 'official' limits to line lengths. FWIW... avoiding spaces and keeping URL
line lengths under 60 characters makes for happy browsing... :O)

Now if I could just figure out that 'simple' HTML coding... but back on
topic a little... the Leonid composite is great work... the background is
neutral, smooth and even, all the way down to the horizion. This really
contrasts the subtle color variations in the trails. Did you do any LP gradient
removal... or is it that dark where you live?

 Best...

 Geoff
