     Yes, http://www.astrophoto.com/Leonid%20Radiant will do. 
 
     %20 is the HTML code for a Space or Blank.
     You could use an Underbar " _ " in your filename when you name it, "Leonid_Radiant". 
     I don't used spaces, try www.astrophoto.com/LeonidRadiant.html.  It's still quite readable. 
 
     UNIX Servers don't like spaces, some will not even allow filenames with spaces in them to be uploaded to the Server.  Some UNIX Servers are also case specific, if you have a cap in the filename you must use the cap or the file will not be found.  Also be sure to use either HTM or HTML extension in your URL reflecting whaterver you named your file...joe  :)

    So if I understand this correctly, to have an actual "blank space" in a title, you actually need to write something like:
