Where in Quebec are you located?
If you do a search on the archives for scanners you will find a fair bit
from numerous members about the different scanners. The biggest catch is
going to be how much you want to spend.
If you are willing to buy used, keep an eye on http://www.ebay.ca for
film or negative scanners. I picked up my Polaroid sprintscan for about
$200 (canadian).
