Re: [APML] Proper exposure for the lunar eclipse

It is almost impossible to know what exposure to use since lunar
eclipses vary widely in brightness, due to passage of sun's rays through
the atmosphere . They are highly reddened and refracted around to
illuminate the moon. The brightness depends on the dust content of the
stratosphere, especially. At this moment the stratosphere is almost free
of volcanic dust so a lunar eclipse is likely to be brighter than normal.

I actually measured, photometrically, a lunar eclipse. I'll look to try
and find the data. But I'd use a low gamma film and bracket like crazy
going two stops at a time and using at least 10 stops.
