[APML] Piggyback 4x5

Hello all,
Has anyone piggybacked a 4x5 camera?  I have a friend with a couple of
different 4x5 bodies and I would like to try some Milky Way shots with this
camera this summer.  I am in the very early stages of this.  I have not seen
his camera bodies.  Just curious if there is any pre-made equipment that
would work.  I am thinking that we will be making a plate to attach the
camera rails to and then mount the plate to a Losmandy universal plate.
