Ack! The W3C has some nasty things to say about that and I mostly
agree with them. Tables are for tables, not for general layout.
Yeah, I sometimes abuse that, but not often. The only browser that
hits my website which gets a table is IE5.5 because it makes the whole
page the size of the longest lines. The only other browser I know of
which does that is Konquerer.

Using a table for your image information is a reasonable thing. Using
it for you whole page is generally done on commerce sites, but usually
is not necessary.

"Cool Page" seems to be working as a layout tool and inserting "div"
statements with absolute positioning. In fact, if you look at the raw
HTML, it has put the image as the last thing on the page and then used
absolute positioning to make appear in the right place. Not only
that, but it has inserted gratuitous JavaScript into the page for
browser detection even though you aren't doing any other JavaScript.

Of course, if you knew how pedantic I can get about economy and
standard's compliance, you'd be saying "yeah, yeah, yeah" and ignoring
me about now.... 8-)

I write all my HTML the old-fashioned way, so someone else will have
to give suggestions about good tools....
