My understanding is that they are the same emulsion but they are
handled a little differently.  The E200 is "aged" a certain amount
after it is made and then stored in a refrigerator in order to provide
maximum consistency between batches.  E200 is targetted for
professiona use.  The Elite Chrome is handled a bit more cavalierly
since it is targeted for general consumer use.
