Jim, That region with your circular format makes for a splendid image. Your
processing is exemplary in retaining the bright and dark lanes visible in
the image. Thanks for posting. You may be interested in weve started the
supports and deck for the new observatory were building just for Schmidt
photography north of here. Your images make me swing the hammer ever faster
to get the whole thing finished! the plans so far can be seen here:

density mask blend of 60 and 30 minute shots.
