RE: [APML] Another TP Shot from New Mexico

According to my weather sources, the clouds are going to accompany the new
moon.  The Canadian Meteorlogical Centre shows my area as cloud=overcast,
transparency=opaque, seeing=bad/clouds as far ahead as they predict.
