Hi Roberto,
    I shot a wedding 2 months ago in Arazona with this same lens (and others). It is ok for nomrally exposed photos but I'm not sure if it has what it takes for astrophotography.

Its a Tamron 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Macro LD for my canon EOS, basically a cheap $180 amateur lens.
