Jim already referred you to Herm's web page. That's what many APMLers have done, including me. It costs much less than N2 purge and is much more portable/convenient, and IMO just as effective.

The hypering is the only tricky part. You can buy hypered film from Lumicon, but I'm not sure they're completely reliable. You can buy your own tank and pump on astromart used. RG200 is fairly easy to hyper, as films go. Or, if you have a friend who'll hyper for you...

It can be developed with a normal C-41 process, but you do want to keep it dry until it gets developed. It's easy to keep film in a ziploc with desiccant.
