Re: [APML] TIF posted of Milky Way picture

Thanks Matt,
                    When do you sleep?

I am glad to have you put it through the process. I can see what you are
saying about the TIF v JPG.

Please be so kind as to tell us what you actually did. to get this result.
You must have good connection to get the file. It is hosted by a company in
Melbourne, Australia so it came a long way to get to you. I was hoping to
have some Tak FSQ-106 with Pentax 6x7 pictures to show but my STV and drive
controller are having a bad relationship. One of the relays gets stuck "on"
and after a few screwed up new moon weekends I am finally building an
optocoupler that I am hoping will solve it.

BTW - with the problems above - your Chile shots have given me so much
inspiration - thanks

Regards

Monte

framework (another reason to use layers). When you zoom at 100%, using the
TIFF makes a big difference, but after the image is reduced to 900 wide for
the web, the difference is positive but small. On my web site I replaced the
JPEG resulting from the TIFF but, again, it's basically the same.
