Hi Chris:
Yeah, I think a true clamshell wouldn't be practical that high up. However,
the east-west split, with an overhanging ridgecap would still apply for the
split roll-off design. Sounds like a great project! I think I enjoyed
building my setup almost as much as imaging! I'm still pondering some way of
motorizing it, but I'm afraid that will be a nightmare....
