Hi Dave
No one laughing here. Very good pictures on your
web site. I'm probably at the level half way between your
G11 and LX50 pictures.
When I get my web site up, you'll be able to see my
first astrophotos (worse than your first ones, by the way).
I've only been subscribed to this list for about
four months and already have received a lot of
help and
assistance from some very talented
astrophotgraphers, so don't be afraid to ask for
help.

Subject: [APML] M24 Film Image
Hello all,
I just signed up to this list
and thought I would share my latest image. It's M24 taken on May 10,
2002 in North Western Indiana. It is a composite of 30, 20, and 10
minute exposures on hypered PPF 400 film at f/5.6 with the Televue 85.
Hand guided, due to dead battery for my STV, with the Meade 10 inch tube on
the Losmandy G11 mount. Stacked in Registar and Edited in Photoshop 6.0.
I am in the process of trying
to learn the art of astrophotography and I hope to learn from the members of
this list. If you wonder through my web site, try not to laugh to hard
at some of the images. :) But, I am gradually getting a
little better with time and practice.
