Someone must've snapped it up in a hurry, 'cause I didn't see any copies
turn up in the search.

Another site to search is http://www.bookfinder.com.  There were a couple of
copies out there when I searched, but you could do better than the $58-100
being asked.  I bought a used copy back in December (via BookFinder) for
$34.50 plus shipping.

If you want a "new" (unused) copy, Land Sea & Sky (in Houston) has several
copies.
