There are notes on the page cited below. The film is Kodak Pro 400 PPF 120. The expiration date was 12/2000. I kept in the freezer since I bought it over a year ago. I think the film was manufactured around 1998.
Again, if I were going to do it over, I'd use Fuji Provia 400F (a pro-pack of which is sitting right by my elbow as I type this), and I'd have brought my air drying tube.
