IMO this image doesn't need a color version, it stands on its own as is.  You, of course, should remember that there was a time when we all worked in B&W.

Thats a remarkable image. I've seen amateur images of M63 with better resolution
but none as deep as this. The image is testimony to your dark skies and your skills
in bringing out faint detail. This one might be hard to match up to color since its doubtful
that the color data could be as deep but I've learned never to put anything past you <G>.

   Do you mean lower right for the "worm"...? Yes, I would like to know what that could be as well. The image is full frame on the ST-10 chip at about 3000mm of focal length.
