Having been clouded out for the sunset annular in '92, I'm new
at this. Steve Edberg told me that in '92 he separated the two layers of a mylar
filter so that he could stack them if necessary over the front of his lens, with
another piece for the eyepiece of the camera. I was thinking of using the
photographic Baader film (ND 3.8) and taking the same approach. What
approach have others taken for sunset eclipses?
