RE: [APML] IC1396 - Comments Requested



Steve, Thats a good clean shot.  I opened it in Photoshop, and noted the top
end of the histogam is flat and very little data.  If you move the right
slider to the left a bit the image brightens up considerably and the dark
nebs are more obvious.  Also, about+20 or 30 percent increase in saturation
gave the dull red a bright HII red color.  Other than that, the shot is
superb.

	I haven't posted for a while but have been lurking. I took some
of the great advice about scanning, curves etc and re-did a shot of IC1396
I took last year. Comments requested.
