[APML] tp woes revisited

Here we go again.  immediately after receiving some
more hypered tp yesterday, I ran 2 separate development
tests.  Once again, results were pathetic.  Results as follows...

1st run.  recommended lumicon development.  5min 70F.  Nearly opaque!
2nd run.  1min 15secs in the developer.  better density.  Still too dense
for my scanner though.  !#@#$

This morning I called lumicon and spoke with Paul.
He was very courteous and expressed his concern regarding
the matter.  He's agreed to monitor and test a 'special' batch for me
so I can try again.  In the mean time, he's sending me
some hypered pro400 to hold me over.
