[APML] Where do you develop film while at TSP?

I'll be doing some beginner astrophotography at TSP next week. Does anyone
know where to get film developed in Fort Davis, Alpine, Marfa, or :-(  Fort
Stockton?
I'm taking a few rolls of Kodak Elite Chrome 200 and I have everything I
need to process it myself although I don't know if I'll be able to keep
everything at the right temperature. I don't think the roommates will
appreciate me using all the hot water. For this reason, I decided to get
some Kodak Supra 400 and just try and get it developed somewhere in the
area. Help please!!!   Thx.
