Hi Jim:
I know we are speaking of color negative film, but with TechPan, I run my
pump for 12 hours, down to about 10-20 microns, depending on film load. I
find that at about 200 microns, there is a "hump" that must be overcome, as
the film is outgassing a lot.
Around 200 microns the outgassing comes in spirts, with the gauge reading
dropping and rising. After a few hours it begins to drop smoothly again.
