A while ago, I recall checking out a very popular online american photo
store (could be B&H, but I don't remember exactly now) for some rolls of LE
400. They had it, but it was clearly stated that they could not export it.
This is nonsense: what does a plain 400 speed film with a good exposure
latitude have to do with "law enforcement"? We're not talking about
top-secret weapons here, but just film which is perhaps no more than
"recycled" PJ400...
