Hi Emmanuele--sorry, but I live in the Bay Area, and after checking a good
number of stores, ended up having to purchase it mail order. The store I
purchased it from was unaware there is any "shortage", saying the sell 1200
rolls at a time to law enforcement people in Tuscon, Arizona. Obtaining 20
rolls was no problem. It seems to me the shipping on a 20 roll brick shouldn't
be prohibitively expensive  even to Italy

I cqan dig up the names of a couple stores that do mail order ship,emts here in
Calif. if your friend has no luck locating any.
