[APML] 6x7 Question

My old ugly Pentax 6x7 has a knob on its side just below the film advance
that has two positions labeled "21" (in white) and "10" (in green). I have
no manual. On the frame counter, frame position 10 is colored green and 21
is colored white (along with most of the other numbers). Is this a hint,
perhaps?

What does this control do? Set the maximum count for the frame counter?
Explode a bomb when the shutter hits the specified count?
