[APML] Gas Purge

I've invested in an N2 purge for my camera and hope to shoot some TP this
dark cycle. I have a question about purging rates.

On Philip's site (astrocruise), he sez he's purging at 20 ml/min. I
converted this into cubic feet per hour and it turns out to be a mere 0.0424
cfh which seems extraordinarily low. My flow meter won't regulate below 0.1
cfh.

Incidentally I used http://www.onlineconversion.com/ to do these conversions
which is a pretty useful site to bookmark.

Anyway, my question is: What flow rates are being used out there?
