Thanks for your responses, they were most helpful.  I have set a price of $10,000 for the complete OTA but without the filter set.  My machinist has quoted all the aluminum parts for the OTA, OAG, helical focuser, vacuum back, etc.  The total is $1350 for each instrument.

Gene, do you think that I can get a 15" diameter, 47" long carbon fiber tube for $500?  If so, where?

Chris, do you have a 12.5" optical flat laying around collecting dust? <g>
