Wade and Alan,
I've never had a problem with the background coming
out lighter, it's always darker. With the settings you're using I don't
know why it would come out lighter.

You do mean subtracting and dividing, right?

The lower the tolerance, the more pixels that are rejected from the background model...I think. At least that's the way I understood it from the tutorial. I could be wrong though. Gary
