Nice work. E200 is more red sesitive than Provia 400 so when you get 
around to shoting this again you will probably see more red  nebulosity. 
I would say you can easily go 45 min at f/4 in a dark sky location. Also 
you should try taking two images back to back and stacking them to 
reduce your noise to signal ratio.
