RE: [APML] Schmidt Shot: IC443 to NGC2174



I know Chris. After shooting Supra for several years, I realized that
that was what I was referring to. It wasn't too bad at f/8 or f/10, but
if I goofed around in PS with it, it would get real bad. Especially
seeing as I never have any idea what it is I'm doing, and what the
consequences might be. I think the film is getting old making the
situation worse. That's one reason why I sold off my stock and am now
trying different films. I really don't recall this effect happening a
couple years ago, but that may be becasue I was not as critical then.

I wonder if taking more, but shorter exposures would help? Say 4, four
minute shots instead of 2, 8 minute shots. Or 6 minute shots. Have you
tried that?
